Eligibility and Registration Requirements

You may only buy Products on aNERDgallery.com if you register for a user account

User Account

aNERDgallery and aNERDventure Group reserves the right to reject any registration and to refuse service to anyone for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

You must follow the instructions and provide the required information as part of the registration process for a user account.

You warrant and represent to aNERDventure Group that the information you provide during the registration process (and any notification of change of such information) is true and correct. You must notify aNERDventure Group of any changes to your registration information immediately. If you provide false or incorrect registration information or do not notify aNERDventure Group of changes to your registration information immediately, aNERDventure Group reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and without notice to you.

If you sign up for a user account on aNERDgallery.com, as a Buyer, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable Regulations you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information you have provided. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Conditions and any other Applicable Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, aNERDgallery or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and make personal and non-commercial use of anerdgallery.com.

All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions are reserved and retained by aNERDgallery or its content providers.
