Meubeur, in Sundanese, means to merge or to connect leftover yarns from various weaving projects to be weaved again into a multi-coloured fabric.

As often in life, at the hardest moment, when we are in a mess, time keeps ticking. We need to be patient – inhale, exhale and surrender to life. The practice of meubeur, is not only a lesson of thrift but, I reckon, a willpower to continue living with humility and to always be grateful. In the lowest of low, remember blessings of the past and merge them to an optimistic hope for the future.
